Dan Spitale brings more than 30 years of experience in global sales leadership, operational strategy, and organizational development across logistics, financial services, insurtech, and health care.
During his tenure at UPS and UPS Capital, Dan held multiple strategic roles — including Vice President of Global Sales & Enablement — where he oversaw nearly $700 million in global revenue across 15 countries. In those roles, he:
- Led global sales, operations, and enablement teams.
- Improved Net Promoter Score by 17 points.
- Reduced sales cycle time by 21 days.
- Implemented digital and omnichannel customer experience improvements.
- Directed organization-wide engagement and culture initiatives.
- Restructured global sales organizations for alignment and scale.
Dan’s leadership system — the C.O.A.C.H. framework (Culture, Opportunity, Authenticity, Confidence, and Humility) — is used by executives and teams to elevate performance and build healthier workplace cultures.
Beyond his corporate career, Dan is a six-time National Powerlifting Champion, two-time World Champion, and former World Record Holder. His athletic discipline and mental toughness shape his no-nonsense approach to leadership and performance.
